Tucked in the heart of Traverse City's hotel district, Hamilton Place was born from a vision to bring elevated, design-forward accommodations to Michigan’s most charming lakeside destination. What started as a bold idea to blend the comfort of home with the style and service of a boutique hotel eventually became a collection of thoughtfully crafted townhomes tailored for travelers who appreciate quality, creativity, and convenience.

The property is a 15-unit collection at 305 Hamilton Street, Traverse City, MI 49686. Four buildings share a courtyard with two fireplaces, seating for 24, and two gas grills. Each townhome is 768 square feet, two stories, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms.

Finish packages differ by building so repeat guests can change the look without leaving the address: Sagewood is bold black-and-white, Bayside is gray-and-white modern, Dunecrest is earth and wood, Lakestone is light blue-and-white with extra windows.

Elevated Homes & Hospitality operates the stays. Guests receive gym access at Formative Fitness and partner discounts around town. Pets are not allowed. City permit #008490.
