Before you pack the car

How do I book?

Use Book now with your dates. When the Hostaway key is connected, that request goes to live availability and checkout. Until then, the form reaches hello@elevatedstays.com and we confirm by phone.

Can we take a whole building?

Yes. Sagewood and Lakestone sleep 12, Bayside sleeps 16, Dunecrest sleeps 20, and the entire complex sleeps 60. Each townhome can also be reserved on its own.

Are pets allowed?

No. Hamilton Place does not allow pets. Smoking is not allowed inside the townhomes.

Where is it?

305 Hamilton Street, at the corner of Munson Avenue (M-72) and Hamilton Street, in Traverse City’s hotel district — minutes from downtown, Bryant Park, and the base of Old Mission Peninsula.

What is in each townhome?

King and queen bedrooms, Smart TVs, a full kitchen, mini-split HVAC, in-unit laundry, spa-style baths, and a stocked snack bar (items charged). Heated bathroom floors are part of the original build.

Is there a gym?

On-site there is a courtyard and pavilion. Gym access is at Formative Fitness for Elevated Homes & Hospitality guests — ask when you book.
