  Two fireplaces, seating for 24, and two gas grills. The courtyard is the gathering room for the whole property.

• Townhome layout

  Each residence is 768 square feet, two stories, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms — the space of a home with hotel-level finish.

• Parking + bikes

  A dedicated spot per townhome, overflow parking, and bike racks for the TART trail and downtown.

• Formative Fitness

  Guests of Elevated Homes & Hospitality receive free gym access at Formative Fitness. Message the team for details.

• House rules

  No pets. No smoking. Snack-bar items are charged. Outdoor cameras cover shared areas. Optional damage waiver.
